About MIDI Convert

MIDI Convert is a small browser-based tool for turning a clear single-note audio recording into a Standard MIDI file. It is useful for quick melody sketches, vocal ideas, bass lines, and solo instrument recordings.

The site runs as static files. The converter decodes and analyzes the selected file in the visitor's own browser, then creates a downloadable .mid file on the device.

The current version is built for simple monophonic material. It does not claim full song separation, chord transcription, or multi-instrument arrangement extraction.
